BREAKDOWN – Not for the faint-hearted.
This unique on-ice training program will provide athletes with the newest hockey training, combined with today’s technology. Focusing on individualized skill specific technique break-down and proper execution. The capability in using technology to telestrate real-time on the ice enables players to learn what is needed to transfer over to their games.

SPECIFICS – It’s all about communicating to the athlete.
Real-Time video analysis will be used to analyze each player to incorporate instant on-ice play back to show athletes exactly what needs to be addressed. Modern teaching provides a unique ability to visually and verbally break-down poor habits while learning new techniques. By taking real game situations, breaking it down in details, and adding on-ice video instruction athletes gain a better understanding of the concepts being presented.
MODERN HOCKEY TRAINING
-1. Teach a specific Skating, Stickhandling combined with a Shooting technique
-2. Teach the same techniques under pressure
-3. Combine all techniques in an in-game situation drill
Early morning small group training
-Dates: tarting the week of January 18 and ending the week of April 5, 2021
-Sessions: 12 sessions (one 45min training session per week for 12 weeks)
-Days/Rink Locations: Monday and Wednesday at Champlin Ice Forum, Thursday at Stillwater (St. Croix Valley Rec), Friday at Braemar (Edina). Contact us to request your local rink for small group training
-Times/Levels: 6-6:45am (Bant-High School), 6:45-7:30am (Squirt/Peewee), 7:30-8:15am (Mite). Assigned time slots/levels can be modified per rink location.
-Lesson Type: Small-Group Training 8-10 players per slot or private training. Athletes are placed into groups by age/skill level
-Fees: Same for Skater and Goalie Training
Per session Rate: $50
12 sessions: $540 ($45 per session)
24 sessions $960 ($40 per session)
Private Sessions: $100 each
